Do I need an existing community?
No. The cohort is designed to help you launch a community from scratch and reach your first 50 members.

Do I need to hire a community manager to run my community?
You’ll probably want one as your community takes off, and you won’t figure it out alone - we’ll work out the right timing together during the program. When you’re ready to hire, we’ll give you a head start: three ready-made job descriptions (5 hrs/week, 10 hrs/week, and full-time) plus an invite to a speed-networking event with community managers from the Tightknit community.

What do I need to do to keep the 80% discount?
Complete the cohort by the end of month 3: attend the live monthly sessions, launch your community and reach at least 50 members, and submit the end-of-cohort feedback form. Do that and your next 3 months are 80% off. If you don’t finish the cohort, you can keep building on Tightknit at standard pricing. Read the program terms →

How big is each cohort?
Each cohort is kept intentionally small, so every startup gets hands-on support. Spots are limited.
